3D UV DTF Film is a new-generation digital transfer film designed for producing raised 3D logos, silicone-effect labels, and embossed transfer graphics without traditional mold printing. Using UV printers with white ink layering technology, different thicknesses and strong 3D embossed effects can be directly printed onto special PU or TPU film materials. After color printing, contour cutting, waste removal, and positioning film lamination, the finished 3D logo can be heat transferred onto fabrics, shoes, hats, bags, sportswear, and many other textile materials.
Compared with traditional silicone logos and high-frequency printing, 3D UV DTF Film offers a softer touch, better flexibility, stronger durability, and more vibrant colors while eliminating the need for mold production. The finished logos have excellent stretch resistance, strong adhesion, outstanding abrasion resistance, and a premium raised texture. UV DTF 3D Film is a new digital printing material used for producing raised 3D logos, silicone-effect labels, and embossed transfer graphics without traditional mold making. By stacking varnish, white ink, and color ink through UV printing technology, the film can create a soft 3D embossed effect with strong texture and premium appearance.
Made with special PU and TPU materials, UV DTF 3D Film offers excellent flexibility, strong adhesion, abrasion resistance, and bright color performance. Some films come with hot melt adhesive, allowing easy heat transfer onto garments, hats, shoes, bags, and other textile products. Compared with traditional silicone labels, UV DTF 3D Film supports faster digital production, small-batch customization, and more efficient manufacturing.
UV DTF Printing Process
The 3D UV DTF process uses special 3D transfer film together with our UV 6090 flatbed printer to produce raised silicone-effect logos and embossed graphics. First, the design is printed directly onto the 3D UV DTF Film by layering white ink and color ink through UV printing technology. The white ink stacking process creates a strong 3D embossed texture with thickness up to around 1mm in a single printing process.
After printing, the film is processed with a contour cutting machine for precise cutting of round, irregular, and complex shapes without visible edges or defects. The finished 3D logos can then be heat transferred directly onto hats, hoodies, T-shirts, jerseys, bags, and other textile products. Since the film comes with hot melt adhesive, only a heat press at 160°C for about 10 seconds is required to complete the transfer process.
